I live in sunny Portugal with my family, where I spend my free time travelling, playing sport, and butchering the Portuguese language (but trying my best!).

Over the past two decades, I’ve been a regular presenter on Sky News, Sky Sports News, ITV, and LBC, covering everything from breaking news to live sports. I now host Biohacking News, where I dive into the latest science, tech, and trends in biohacking, and have lots of fun along the way.

Beyond broadcasting, I’ve written several bestselling books on NLP, health, and yes, biohacking! They've been translated into 13 languages (see Books for more details). I’ve also helped many other authors get published, which led me to create Well Published Books—a program designed to make the process easier.
