Is this the best tracking app out there?
As you may know, I am an unashamed geek when it comes to tracking stuff. It's really not as tricky as it sounds though. It only takes about 90 seconds a night to track everything (lifestyle factors, supplements, energy levels and sleep quality) on an excel spreadsheet. You’re judging me right now I know, but bear with me. Then, rather than wondering if meditation helps me feel more relaxed, or drinking loads of wine the night before a big day has a negative impact (duh), I have the data to prove it. This movement is known as Quantified Self, and there is a new app that could help us do this more efficiently and analyse the results more rapidly. It’s called Cara, and I’ve been trying it out for the last week. It’s not perfect, but could be very handy and is probably the best app out there. Let me know if you’ve found something better though.
