Making sure your workout actually happens

I’ve also been using the Workout Trainer: Fitness Coach app on the iPhone. Simple short workouts, some only 8 minutes long, but I always feel better afterwards.
The app allows you to put in how long you want to workout which is quite cool, and then offers you workouts based on the time you have available. Ideally my workout would be more than 8 minutes, agreed, but this is a nice one to squeeze in when time is tight.
