How do the world's best athletes motivate themselves, especially when they've been through massive adversity? This week the Paralympics start in Rio. So who better to speak to than one of the most decorated Paralympians of all time.

Sascha Kindred has taken part in every Paralympics since Atlanta (yes in the mid-90s). He's got gold medals galore, and all that despite a doctor originally telling him and his family that he would never walk in his life. Coming up:
