About Tony

Tony Wrighton is a familiar face on British TV as a presenter on Sky Sports. He's hosted lots of different sports including football, golf, basketball, hockey, squash, pool, table tennis and even live ten-pin bowling. He is currently a regular presenter on Sky Sports News and also hosts Golfing World and Trans World Sport.

As well as being in the studio, this year he’s travelled all over the place presenting live sport, from Shanghai to Milton Keynes.

He loves his work, and one of his all-time favourite assignments was the World Cup of Pool in Gibraltar, where this interview went viral after one of the most bizarre post-match reactions ever.

Tony is also one of the UK’s premier sports voiceovers. Click here to head to his specialist sports voiceover page and listen to some of his voice overs, or contact him now if you’d like to chat about a project. Or just to have a chinwag about sport.
